About the Global Technology Summit
India's flagship summit on geo-technology..
The Global Technology Summit is Carnegie India's annual flagship forum, co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Since 2016, it has brought together ministers, policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers, investors, students, and civil-society leaders to examine the changing relationship between technology and geopolitics.
Now in its tenth edition, GTS 2026 will take place from 2–4 December in New Delhi in a hybrid format.
Partnerships in an era of de-risking
GTS 2026 focuses on the consolidation of technology partnerships amid supply-chain realignment and rapid geopolitical change. As India's role in a multipolar world evolves, the summit will examine how technology can strengthen strategic autonomy, enable development, and deepen trusted international cooperation.

A decade of global dialogue
Over nine editions, GTS has grown into a leading platform for discussions on technology, policy, innovation, and geopolitics. Previous editions have explored AI compute, semiconductor ecosystems, biotechnology, space innovation, export controls, digital public infrastructure, global data flows, and international technology partnerships.
GTS 2026 marks the summit's tenth edition.

Carnegie India is the New Delhi centre of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, founded in 1910 and among the oldest international-affairs institutions in the world. The Summit is co-hosted with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
